From our Isle of Wight office, we deliver telephone and internet products to a mixture of home and business customers on the Island and across the country. We are passionate about exceeding our customers’ expectations by delivering ‘Beyond Super’ service and we are looking for a pro-active individual with a high level of attention to detail to join the team.


What is on offer

Working from our Newport – Isle of Wight office, you will be answering queries from our customers and potential customers that are received either by phone or via our ticketing system. Using our back-office systems, you will be able to answer questions about our products, log and escalate support tickets and ultimately work to bring a customer query to a resolution.


Core Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering helpdesk calls in a friendly and professional manner
  • Logging all incidents, queries and requests in our ticketing system, taking notes and determining the next action
  • Updating and progressing outstanding tickets, keeping the customer up to date with progress
  • Call prioritisation and escalation, ensuring critical cases are resolved or escalated quickly and efficiently

Skill/Experience Required

  • Strong methodical approach in dealing with customer queries
  • Have experience liaising with customers and an excellent phone manner
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Be passionate about providing great customer service
  • Strong IT Skills
  • Ability to follow processes and procedures
  • Ability to use your own initiative and collaborate with the team
