We are passionate about exceeding our customers’ expectations by delivering ‘Beyond Super’ service and we are looking for a pro-active individual with a high level of attention to detail to join the team.
Working from our Newport – Isle of Wight office, you will be answering queries from our customers and potential customers that are received either by phone or via our ticketing system. Using our back-office systems, you will be able to answer questions about our products, log and escalate support tickets and ultimately work to bring a customer query to a resolution.
