Founded in 2010, Go Internet is a fast-growing Internet Service provider. From our Isle of Wight office, we deliver telephone and internet products to a mixture of home and business customers on the Island and across the country. We are on a mission to cut the jargon and deliver an excellent customer experience.

We are passionate about exceeding our customers’ expectations by delivering ‘Beyond Super’ service and we are looking for a pro-active individual with a high level of attention to detail to join the team.

What you will do

On a daily basis you will be out in our vans (with another crew member) visiting our customers to commission new connections or make a repair to an exciting service. Your role will include:

  • Visiting our customers and working inside and outside the home, installing and repairing the equipment used to deliver our services
  • Using diagnostic tools to fault find customer connections
  • Show customers how to connect their devices so they can get the most out of our services.

You must have:

  • Full clean manual UK Driving License

  • Enjoy working outdoors and at height

  • An interest in technology

  • The ability to problem solve

  • A passion for providing our customers with a great customer experience

Desirable Skills:

  • NPORS 723: Safe use of Harness and Fall Arrest equipment

  • NPORS N711: Safe use of Step Ladders and Ladders

  • Previous experience installing TV & Satellite services

  • If you do not hold the above, training can be provided
