We will be carrying out maintenance at our Telehouse North datacentre location overnight. During this time, customers will experience interruption to connectivity services.
Why are we doing this work?
During this we will be upgrading the software that runs on our core routers in preparation for the roll out of IPv6 on our network. We are also adding capacity and resilience to our backbone network in preparation for upgrades to the Isle of Wight fixed wireless access network. We do not expect the services to be down for the whole maintenance window – 6 hours is being allowed for contingency purposes.
