Delivered over a copper line, it is back-hauled in our core network via Ethernet in the same way that fibre leased lines are resulting in your connection being guaranteed not to slow down even during ‘peak times’. This service is also totally unlimited with no usage caps and monitored 24/7/365 with a 7-hour fixed SLA. Additionally, this product is assured for Voice over IP (VoIP). Technically speaking EoFTTC is sold as a 20Mb/s symmetrical service – however if your line is capable of a higher download speed we don’t cap the service at the 20Mb/s – we’ll let you download at the maximum capability of the line. We provide this service with either a managed router or as a ‘wires only’ service for more advanced businesses that would like to connect their own firewall device.
